This residence occupies the top floor of a 1906 factory building. The building housed a variety of commercial tenants before being converted to a mixed-use building in the late 1900's. Extensive renovations were done by the previous home owners, but the space needed updating. We replaced lighting, added custom built-ins, and completed minor renovations throughout. A neutral palette of new furnishings and finishes, with punches of color and black, allowed the architecture to shine.
