This house is a 1950's ranch located in Sagamore Hills. Our client is the third owner of the home, and sought to preserve some of its mid-century charm. We renovated the entire house in stages over several years, finishing with an entirely new kitchen. This kitchen has a mix of walnut and painted cabinetry, soapstone countertops, and a pattern tile floor which mimics terrazzo from the original home. Our client is a collector and loves bold color, allowing us to infuse it throughout the home. The house is a faithful reflection of his personal style.
