Mission Style on the Canal

Almost ground up 4,000 SF custom home with Mediteranian Exterior and Transitional Interior. All finishes designed in-house.

Custom Mahogany doors with "speakeasy" windows, precast concrete columns and steps, and two tone paver walk.
Exterior Entry
The Entry Foyer has a double barrel vaulted ceiling with a large bird cage chandelier. The entry doors are mohagany with speak easy windows and sidelites.
Interior Entry
Dining room and main hallway. Modern fireplace wall has herringbone tile pattern and custom wood shelving. The main hall has custom wood trusses that bring the feel of the 16' tall ceilings down to earth. The steel dining table is 4' x 10' and was built specially for the space.

The Kitchen has a 6'x9' solid piece of Calcutta Gold Marble for th island coountertop. The perimeter cabinets are dark wood and the island is a taupe painted wood. The cabinet hardware is Rocky Mountain Hardware Quatrefoil pulls.

The Kitchen backsplash is Calcutta Gold Marble cut down to 6"x18" tiles and installed in a stair pattern. The backsplash matches the island countertop.
