This traditional subdivision home was in need of a renovation. Strategic changes in window placement helped to brighten up the home, while open riser, glass railing stairs allowed that light to flow throughout. The clean lines and neutral, yet contrasting colours, create a great modern appeal. Also of interest is the play on texture and layering throughout the decor.

The result is a home that is renewed and re-energized.
