Customer had a Timber wall that held up his home, the wall was starting to rot and move. with access being very tough on a larger scale project it made for a difficult build. With the lake being right below the wall moving the new wall out was not an option, and the current wall being so close to the house tearing down the old wall to construct a new wall was not possible. So, soil anchors were installed thru the existing wall so the new wall then could be attached to them thus being able to construct a very nice wall for years of use from the homeowner.
