Removing and restoring the original window sash and window jambs from the historic Moana Apartments on Capitol hill Seattle. The project required scaffolding on one entire side of the building. Every window was inspected and a report was made as to the restoration process. We then removed the windows and restored or rebuilt in our studio. After that the restored window and sash we reinstalled, including the trim casing.
