Moccasin Hill Residence Renovations:
Exterior modifications to a Dutch Gambrel Stone Farm House, constructed c. mid 1800’s included significant changes to the porch detailing and the addition of a cupola, replacement of painted metal roofing with copper and addressing deferred maintenance items. Interior renovations were limited to finishes, replacement lighting and a new kitchen. Improvements were completed in 2009.
