This Mediterranean style home required a complete makeover. The new kitchen and breakfast space now open up to the living room and to an added terrace. A master suite was created by utilizing the once attic space. The bathroom is bathed in sunlight from the slanted windows yet the dark gray tile and white fixtures created a distinctive modern look.
