For this hillside property overlooking the Camarillo Valley and Channel Islands, we created a modern and visually dynamic outdoor space using custom 3D design and full-scale construction. The hardscape features a mix of 12x24 and 24x24 concrete pavers, paired with artificial turf strips to add texture, movement, and a playful yet refined aesthetic.

We redesigned the entire hardscape layout, using intentional paver patterns to define pathways and guide the flow between distinct outdoor zones. A modern horizontal slat fence and gate provide both privacy and style, cleverly concealing utility areas. We also constructed a custom seating wall that doubles as a retaining feature—preserving the hillside while adding functional elegance to the space.
