An entirely custom home that originated with two models typically produced by Unity Homes of Walpole NH. Both models (Varm and Xyla) were used as structural shells and joined by a custom connector. The custom pairing and configuration, the facades, windows, as well as layouts were made per our designs. This process resulted in an original custom home, suiting the clients' specific goals and site characteristics. However, the parts were still factory-built and assembled on site by Unity Homes .
