A small 1990s guest bathroom gets a Modern Farmhouse makeover in this stunning remodel. Everything was gutted in this small hall bathroom. We removed an unused tub and replaced with a frameless glass shower. To add light and to highlight the many beautiful live oak trees outside, we added a clarestory window in the shower. We used a modern gray encaustic tile with a subtle geometric pattern on the floor and on the backs of the shower niches. We chose a hand crafted elongated subway tile laid in a herringbone pattern for the shower and vanity walls. A custom stained vanity, linen cabinet and floating shelf added a touch of warmth to the space. Glimmering rubbed brass lighting and plumbing fixtures add sparkle to this small, beautiful and functional bathroom. Spa time, y'all!
