In this remodel for a family with a 2-year-old boy, we generate a cohesive design while treating the property holistically so as to allow for future development.
The primary scope of this project is:
1. kitchen/dining/entry/living rooms - We open and combine the existing kitchen, dining, and office areas and create an expansive and light filled space as the center for cooking and entertainment.
2. master bath - We continue with the minimalist modern aesthetics established at the kitchen. The result is a sleek and functional space with a curbless shower stall and wall mounted toilet.
3. second bath - Simple and elegant design ensures years of enjoyment for kids and young adults alike. The family had their second child, another boy, right after the remodel was completed!
