Exterior of modern island beach home that was remodeled by Sea Island Builders. This custom beach home renovation was completed in two phases over the course of 7 months with the owner's occupying the home throughout the process. The scope of the work included remodeling the master bathroom and master bedroom suite including the closet (Phase I). Phase II began with a complete modern renovation of the kitchen including all new cabinetry, flooring, appliances, countertops, and plumbing and electrical fixtures. A Nanawall with a twenty foot clear opening spanning over 9' in height was added to the living room to allow for seamless flow onto the custom home's screened in porch. The modern fireplace with floating hearth was also installed in the beach home. The modern finish package was selected with the help of a local designer. The ground floor bathrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor of this beach home were also remodeled to bring up to date with the modern feel of this beach home. Lastly, a media room and dry bar were incorporated into the first floor living space through opening up several walls and reframing much of the space. The finished product, nothing short of a stunning modern island beach home!
