A dated and choppy 1990’s era home was transformed into a modern marsh-front retreat with 180 degree views of the Intracoastal, expansive windows, tons of light and an open floor plan fit for modern living and entertaining.

The entire first floor was gutted of interior walls as was most of the second floor. An elevator was added where there was none, beams were added to support and accommodate the new open floor plan, all windows and doors were replaced with an impact-rated package, and the entire exterior was replaced with Hardie and Azek products to stand up to the coastal environment. One of the most notable features of this renovation was the addition of a Costa Rican-style indoor/outdoor shower located off of the master bathroom. Every square inch of this home was updated to reflect the clients’ modern and eclectic style. The result of this project was the creation of a modern marsh front masterpiece where the clients can rest easy knowing every detail was thoughtfully considered and expertly executed.
