This kitchen has a modern look with open-shelved upper cabinets and shaker-style lower cabinet doors. Clear-coat finished maple cabinetry achieves a pleasing aesthetic paired with the small green glass-sheet tile backsplash, yellow wall paint, and dark quartzite countertops. The pendant lighting above the sink and over peninsula adds a nice touch. We were happy with the existing medium hardwood flooring which compliments the maple cabinets and decor.
