Modern Landscape Design, or Ivy Grace - the name the owner gave to her adobe (and the balloon dog that guards the house) - is nestled into the Bulter-Tarkington neighborhood in Indianapolis.

Client purchased home with intent to renovate, and landed on a scope including backyard renovation and exterior refresh, including garage extension. Prior to the project, the home had a red brick exterior and a small backyard that was dedicated primarily to a concrete driveway.

Permeable pavers, a small pergola, a privacy wall, and a fountain have now created a green, sustainable, and serene space for entertaining while escaping the busyness of the city. Additionally, the home gym is a continuation of the owner's interior style, bringing pops of green and natural elements into the new athletic space.
