This “resimercial” space is a graceful blend of a commercial venue for meetings and a residential setting that many desires. LUMINESIO translated this desire by bringing a warm, inviting and homey feeling into the design and layout. A palette of timeless finishes was selected such as – concrete for the living room floor and black porcelain slabs for the fireplace surround. To balance the cold and strong surfaces warm Acacia wood planks were introduced on the TV wall.
