Mixed blonde timber flooring throughout the various levels of this home add warmth to the modern interior. The library, mid-level bathroom and home office areas can be seen to the left of the photo and can be completely closed off to the upper level.

Basalt/Quartz Mix Polished concrete suspended slab floor, with mixed blonde hardwood inset into the slab provide a level finished floor surface. The timber provides a softer floor underfoot in the high traffic kitchen/dining area.

The modern kitchen is highlighted by clean lines with both Blackbutt veneer and colour accent inclusions to add a cohesive link with the rest of the home. The study area is defined by an olive bench area and Blackbutt veneer shelving that complements the softer shades of green in the kitchen.

Behind the kitchen is a Butler's Pantry that conceals kitchen clutter that could detract from the otherwise open plan hub of the home. The green glass splash-back has been painted white on the back to add another shade of green to this project.
