We rebuilt the soffits with vented duo-tone custom finish LP Smartside in Color Strand color WALNUT with a Black ONYX Fascia and black gutters and downspouts

Most of the siding would get replaced with a soft fine texture traditional 3-layer stucco and new black exterior windows. We made plans to rebuild all the soffit and fascia as well as a whole new gutter system at the end of the build.
