The hyper modern shape of the building called for a fluid material that could accommodate the angular lines. We choose stucco to give it clean lines with a durable finish.

The east facing wall of windows had an interior soffit and wall done in pine by the original builder. With the protective overhang, we knew the wood could be brought back to life by sanding the gray wash off of it to show the natural beauty of the wood and clear staining it for protection.

There was a small unique shade wall that was originally done in vertical pine siding. We choose to give it a Corten steel cladding to echo the main large wall and tie the design together.

A large amount of stucco, over 5000 square feet was added with fiberglass mesh reinforcement across a majority of the building.
