This master was in need of an update. The client desired a more sleek modern look. So first we reversed the shower and tub locations. Then we downsized a tub that was never used to a more proper style and size. When working in a high rise there are special challenges when trying to move plumbing as most has tension cables , To work the magic of moving major fixtures we designed a new platform for the tub so the plumbing is above slab, using the same pebbles tiles that were used in the shower floor.

The view from this bath is wonderful and the client wished to be able to take advantage of it daily and with the shower moving to this location they are able to enjoy the ocean view. A few special things were added to the bath, a niche over the tub holds a wonderful sculpture that was commissioned for the space. In addition a TV that plays salt water fish scenes was made to look like a fish tank.

We updated the wall of mirrors from the old bath to a more modern look, by using 3 separate mirrors with a large bevel we achieved a more elegant feel to the bath . The Red vessels add a splash of color to the white and black space. All Matt black fixtures included the shower hardware finishing off the sleek look.
All drawers on the vanities are operational giving the client much needed storage space. In addition the vanities are much larger than the old vanity system to again maximize the storage desired.

In the water closet we removed a bidet that wasn't used and replaced with much needed tall storage. A special hardware was used on the lower cabinet door to allow its use without interring with the toilet.

LED low profile cans lights were used through out the new space. This completes the new modern space and gives the proper lighting needed in a bath.
