The raw and minimal design of this corporate office was created for a growing and collaborative company. A parking garage in Chinatown was redeveloped into office space for half of the parkade which was the initial inspiration for this design. Capturing the natural light and view of the city was important to the client as well as keeping the space as open as possible. We enlisted a local contractor, Caisley Developments, to create custom reception desk and work desks. Soft grey beach colours were used throughout the space so not to compete with the polished concrete floors. Studio Dunn provided the feature boardroom light fixture which was a prominent focal point to the city view backdrop. It was our task to create a clean and fresh livable space for this dynamic company.
