John and his crew are in the process of turning this mid-century, one-story house into a two-story modern that has a new second story with curved roofline that takes in dramatic views of the surrounding countryside and the Delaware River. This Chris Pickell, AIA designed addition will have a new elevator, stair tower, expanded living areas and high, curved, wooden ceilings reminiscent of the inside of a ship’s hull.
