Natural grass was utilized on this large lawn to create a green, cool space for a young active family. Scope of work included tilling in 4 yards of compost per 1,000 square feet to a depth of 8” to increase soil health and conserve water. Due to a flat layout, we laser graded the lawn to insure drainage. Next, the irrigation contractor installed an efficient sprinkler system. Before sodding, we fine graded the entire site once again and installed big rolls of Colorado Blue™ sod. Big roll sod creates a better installation.
