An in-depth and total transformation of a home in downtown Edmonds. Scope encompassed nearly every phase of construction including demolition, foundation, framing, installation of scissor trusses, wall and roof sheathing, siding, cabinets, hardwood flooring, bathroom tile, installation of fixtures, finish carpentry, and more. Unique aspects of the project included "Gunite" foundation reinforcement, framing and construction of a 3-story elevator shaft, as well as the aesthetic use of beams and lumber reclaimed from the demolition phase.
