We designed this updated residence in Venice Beach for a returning client, whom we had designed her vacation home on Maui in 2016. Built by AIH Development, this modern home is the ultimate California experience combining indoor/outdoor living with a luxurious vibe of perfection in Silicon Beach. Originally built as a 4-bedroom house, we converted three rooms into a walk-in closet, home gym, and home office to compliment the young couple's busy and jet-setting lifestyle. The grand kitchen includes opens up to the living room, which features an elongated fireplace. Fleetwood oversized sliding doors open to a saltwater pool, spa, outdoor shower, and Eco-Smart fire pit.
