This home in the Montebello development had a small Juliet balcony off of the 2nd floor kitchen, and the homeowners wanted a convenient place for outdoor dining & entertaining. We designed a 2-story patio addition that incorporated tile flooring, a fireplace, outdoor kitchen & pergola, and integrated seamlessly with the Mediterranean-style stucco exterior.
