Kitchen, dining, living combination: The owner wanted to maximize the use of the living/dining room area by opening up the kitchen to this main living space.

Master Bathroom: The master bath goal was to remove a never used corner Jacuzzi tub in order to expand the shower and add double sink/vanity combinations.
Main Entry: the goal was to remove the traditional entry hallway powder room and reposition it toward the back of the house to allow easy access from the backyard pool area. This allowed opening up the entry hallway and creating a wonderfully functional kitchen pantry.
