As families grow and change there is sometimes a need for homes to do the same. Client's Andrea and Bryan contacted Masterpiece Building of Austin LLC to help remodel their existing home that would not only fit the needs of the family but also showcase their personal character and style.

Their existing house was gorgeous but didn't have bedrooms for the children. With the help of John Allen, a registered Residential Designer, plans were created to convert the typical garage into a very untypical story book 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths, a play/reading loft, a hallway with beautiful bookshelves/storage cabinets, a work desk with an extra window for lighting, and an extension to the kitchen. As challenges presented themselves throughout the project the team pulled together and skillfully made flawless design solutions.
