This ultimate timber framed house combines Old World style with contemporary design. The ecological features are 20" thick thermal mass walls built of stone and "Faswal" wood chip concrete block insulated forms. This building uses geothermal wells combined with hydronic radiant heated floors and high velocity ventilation system. The pool terrace won two international pool design awards.
