MOUNTAIN TOP VIEWS
Perched atop a mountain ridge with sweeping, unobstructed views of Boulder’s iconic landscape, this one-of-a-kind round house was remodeled from the ground up.
With its circular architecture presenting both creative opportunities and spatial challenges, the design approach emphasized flow, symmetry, and a seamless connection between indoor living and the dramatic panoramic vistas. Natural materials, custom cabinetry throughout, and a warm, modern palette were selected to echo the rugged beauty of the surrounding terrain while bringing refined comfort to every room.
The scope of the project included all finishes, furnishings and interior selections—right down to the dinner plates. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure functional luxury throughout the 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home. Custom furniture, layered lighting, and site-responsive finishes enhance each space, while bespoke built-ins embrace the home’s unique geometry.
The result is a serene, sculptural mountain residence that feels both intimate and expansive due to the views: a true sanctuary suspended above Boulder, where design and landscape converge in perfect balance.
