Mt. Lookout Bungalow Bathroom
An old gem needed a facelift..
Built in 1905 and remodeled in the 50's (we found old newspaper in the walls) this small bathroom was in rough shape when we found it. We just about filled a 10 yd dumpster with the demo! Everything is new in front and behind the walls. Terrific outcome and will be good for another 70 years!
