The best "before and after" project ever! This space walks-out to an amazing patio and inground pool. The owners wanted a space that would compliment the wonderful space just outside the doors. Took out the dated green carpet, oak paneling, and half bath. Remodeled the bathroom to a full bath with an accessible roll-in shower. Added large format porcelain tile, new led can lights, ceiling fan, all new paint, doors and trim, a great little kittchenette, and a wall bed system for out of town guests. Now they use the room all the time!
