This project presented a great landscape challenge: making the best use of a fantastic view while dealing with a steep slope. This project was fun from beginning to end; we had a great golfcourse view and fantastic customers. To accomplish this job, we built a large retaining wall and system of steps. The large wall supports a multi-level flagstone patio. We designed the deck above the patio and brought in a talented company to build this portion of the job. Once the patio and deck were complete, we worked with a custom wrought iron company to build the railing system that borders the patio and deck. This outdoor living space is ideal for relaxing or hosting while enjoying an entertaining view.
