The two major design goals for this project were to make it multi-purpose and functional for a young family while also featuring cool integrated technology. The designer, Stephanie Twarowski, worked hard to find ways to keep the furniture placement flexible because this space needed to function as a movie theater, a playroom for the client’s young children, and a guest space. All of the furnishings can be moved as needed to make room for playtime.

Theater, lighting, & HVAC components were integrated for a sleek modern look. From recessing the projector screen to building the projector into the bulkhead, to installing mud-in HVAC supplies & returns and LED lighting. All of these considerations add a high level of detail.
