For this client, we remodeled their kitchen, half bath, laundry room, and refinished their hardwood floors throughout the first floor. In the kitchen, we removed the corner pantry, added new cabinets all the way around, and incorporated a large island with additional seating on the end. In the half bath, we installed a new vanity with a vessel bowl sink, a skirted (easy to clean) one piece toilet, and added wallpaper to the back wall. In the laundry room, we installed built in cabinetry for storage, tile floors, and the same wallpaper accent on the back wall that was used in the bathroom. By refinishing the hardwood floors throughout, it created unity between their first floor.
