Foundation wall construction begins
The main structural steel I beam that carries the load for the first and second floor is installed. The exterior foundation walls have been parged (smoothed out), the top course of the concrete foundation filled in and the wire mesh for the concrete floor foundation has been installed.

The windows are in, felt paper applied for the first stage of roofing and the Tivek stucco wrap application is installed.

The roof is complete and the exterior surfaces are being prepped for the first layer of stucco. Tivek stucco wrap is applied to the sheathing and the expanded metal lathe is applied over top.

Here you can see the stucco application phases. First the rough scratch coat and then the smooth brown coat in preparation for the final Parex finish.
