New construction in a planned community - a recent project I am very proud of.
In April I spent one week in Florida with my client making all selections, and I stress the word ALL... Everything and every detail, from cabinetry and counter tops right down to each paint color and door hinge. The magicians went to work and presto we were ready to move. One more week in December to oversee the moving team in Northern VA - waving goodbye to them as I hopped on a plane and met them the next morning in FL - ready to unpack boxes, arrange furniture and hang pictures! Welcome Home!
