This Needham home remodel blends modern functionality with timeless charm! Our clients envisioned a home that fosters connection and embraces contemporary living, leading us to craft a captivating open concept living space.
By removing the wall to a laundry/mudroom area, we extended the kitchen to include a full butler's pantry, (back kitchen)- creating a coffee/ beverage bar and dedicated baking area with ample storage for ingredients, tools, and everything a home baker could dream of.

In our quest to make every square foot count, we tackled an underutilized dining area and transformed it into a sitting room and entertaining space viewable from the kitchen that radiates warmth and hospitality by removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room.

KitchenVisions transformed a cramped and closed-off layout into an expansive haven for shared experiences. We also remodeled the first floor bathroom, to include a shower, for a future first floor bedroom, if needed.
The 1st floor of this home now promotes fluid movement between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The practical solution was to move the laundry to the second floor. By removing 6' of floor space from a huge primary bedroom, we created a new closet (so that the homeowners each have their own closet) and laundry room. The new laundry area is strategically placed in the hallway, for easy access complete with sink and ample space for hanging laundry.

We also revamped a kids' bath for two teenagers, ensuring the space was designed to meet both teen’s evolving lifestyles. The remodeled tub shower now features two custom niches, providing dedicated storage for personal care items and vanity drawers for each teen.

This home now reflects the personality and lifestyle of the family and celebrates the beauty of functional design, creating a home that is as practical as it is inviting.
