New flooring has removed a small landing pad at the front door. Now the fireplace with its fine display of carved shore birds is the focal point and the piano and sofa table create a welcoming entry.

Draperies on a rod that had an elbow piece solved the awkward angled window wall. An antique brass chandelier that has been moved to center over the table complements the owner's original dinning set. New wood floors enhance the setting.

The sun room wasn't inviting. The clients wanted a cozy gathering space.
