Like many homes of its vintage, this beautiful Newton Center Victorian, sitting prominently on a corner lot, lacked the comforts and conveniences of a twenty-first century residence. We designed an addition to accommodate an enlarged Kitchen and Family Room on the main floor, an additional family Bedroom suite on the second floor, and finished above-ground space on the lower level.
