No Chimney, No Problem, Twinwall System is the answer

A local customer contacted us to install a woodburner into their new extension, they wanted a contemporary look, so we suggested the Westfire Uniq 21. The client didn't have a chimney, which was not problem, as we installed a stainless steel twinwall flue system (see below for more details) to the woodburner.
Due to the height of the ceiling, our installers had to have a bracket exposed in the room, this was to help support the twinwall system that was positioned through the vaulted ceiling. Most properties would not need to have the bracket on show inside the property (this would be discussed with our installers at the time of survey)

The client did not like the idea of a black granite hearth, so we suggested for him to have a clear glass teardrop hearth to complete the contemporary look.

What is a twinwall system?
A twin wall flue pipe (also known as double skinned flue or insulated flue) is a type of flue system which has insulation between two layers of stainless steel. This is generally used when a traditional chimney stack is not available. It is expertly assembled, to strict regulations, usually by a Hetas qualified engineer.
The system is then used to safely take the combustion gases from a wood burning stove outside to the atmosphere.
