This contemporary bathroom does double duty. Formally a power room, the goal of this remodel was to add a much needed tub to bath the kids, while continuing to serve as the only bathroom on the main floor.

Space being a premium, a 48" tub was installed. The floating vanity and wall hung toilet keep the bathroom from feeling cramped.

Water fall faucets for the sink and tub spout make washing up fun for the children, as does the colorful blue dandelion tile.
