Gunn Landscape Architecture designed this contemporary, cozy and low maintenance common space. Features include versatile areas for dining, lounging, relaxing and reading, which can be viewed from the apartments above that share the space. Layers of foliage and perennial plantings are paired with blooming dogwood trees to give year-round interest. Vert Gardens also installed paving, wood work, lighting and irrigation to transform this space from a dinghy courtyard into a beautiful common space.
