The eclectic contemporary American menu trends toward seasonal, wood-grilled fare, plus oysters and charcuterie — mostly small plates with a few choice entrees to pair with cocktails.

Our Lead Designer, Michael Jepp whilst working for Schoos Design, West Hollywood in Los Angeles worked on various projects from concept to completion. His design skills were utilised in both hospitality and residential properties, enabling us to provide an innovative design for our client.
