This kitchen with adjoining family room in features a new take on a Shaker door style. The recessed panel is only 3/64" back and gives the entire project a transitional feel. The beams where clad and a 3 stage molding that continued around the entire room creating a much better scale. The island is a painted and glazed finish on ash. A custom end panel was developed that would eliminate a wall at the end of the fridge, accommodating the switching for the room.
