Middlefork was hired for a two-phased renovation and expansion project to this home. Phase 1 included the addition of a 1,500SF kitchen/breakfast room addition – including a connected breakfast room, fireside seating, butler’s pantry and a small home office. In addition, a sense of order and a series of axis were introduced to the first floor, as well as a complete re-trimming of the first floor and front façade. Phase 2 included a 700SF renovation and addition to the second-floor primary suite, including a new spa-like bathroom with soaker tub and steam shower, large walk-in closets and a home office. Phase 2 also included the re-trimming of the second floor, painting of the exterior of the home, a new roof, and an in-ground pool.
