This downstairs bath was renovated to accommodate the homeowners who needed ADA bath. The shower was designed so a wheelchair could roll into the area. The custom built vanity was designed to allow for wheelchair accessibility. The clients did not want the bath to look "institutional' because it also functioned as the powder room as well.
