Northeast Valley Renovation: Case Study

The story: The Blooming Desert design group invested over 200 hours of design and engineering time to create detailed construction plans for this project. Incorporating all of the design elements into the property dimensions was an exciting challenge for our group. Reestablishing the livable rear yard space by cutting into the hillside and constructing retaining walls up to 12 feet high was the beginning of the transformation.
