The Story: The Blooming Desert design group was tasked to transform this property into a family entertainment retreat. Leveling the exterior of this property to bare dirt and rebuilding with a foundation of updated materials and functional living space were central to the project’s success. Working within the constraints of municipal codes and engineering standards pushed the team to think creatively to accomplish all of the project goals.
